Following the Challenge rules is as easy as 1-2-3:

Step 1
Print out Registration Form, fill it out with your personal information and send it to the address below with your “Before” picture.

(Please note: It is preferable that pictures be tasteful, and revealing enough to get a sense of your physical condition.)

Registrations must be received within 30 days from date of purchase to be valid.

Step 2
Print out the Lifestyle Log so that you can share with us the details of your diet, exercise and supplementation habits during the 6-month Challenge period.

At the end of the 6-month Challenge period, print out the Prize Redemption Form, fill it out and send it to the address below along with the following items:

         1. Your “After” picture
         2. Your completed Lifestyle Log
         3. Your 6 empty Intellitrim outer boxes

Prior to issuing your prize payment, we will be contacting you via phone to conduct a brief follow-up interview and hear first-hand about your success.

Redemption requests must be received within 210 days of original purchase date to be valid.
