RETURN POLICY, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS.
At NourishLife, we go to great lengths to provide you with the best quality supplements and to help you achieve all of your wellness goals.
In spite of our efforts, we do not satisfy everyone. It is certainly our hope that we can leave you with a positive impression of our company, even if we cannot keep you as a customer. And of course, we hope that you continue to take steps to achieve all of your health and wellness goals.

Below are our policies on cancellations, returns and refunds.
Cancellations
If you have taken advantage of one of our risk-free trial offers or have signed up for our auto-ship program, you can pause or cancel your account at any time. No questions asked. Simply call 800-600-3261, and provide us with your full name and the email address you used to open your account. We will process your cancellation immediately and confirm it via email.
Please note that we process all cancellations submitted during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) within 48 hours. So if you have not received your email confirmation within that time, please call us back.
Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products, you may return the unused portion to us. Please call us at 800-600-3261 to obtain a return authorization code. If you leave your request for a return authorization code on our voice mail, please be sure to include your full name and the email address that you used to open your account. We will confirm your request and send you the code via email.
Please note that we process all return authorization requests submitted during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) within 48 hours. So if you have not received an email response from us within that time, please call us back.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a store credit equal to the value of the unused portion of your product redeemable in our NourishLife Store. The store credit will be issued via email and will include a link to the NourishLife Store.
Refunds
All NourishLife products are consumable and therefore non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged according to the terms and conditions of the specific offer for which you signed up, and therefore we suggest that you always read the terms and conditions carefully.
You may always obtain a NourishLife Store credit by following the guidelines for returns as stated above.
